12 Mini Pie Crusts (here)

1 batch Blueberry Chia Pie Filling (here)

1 batch Strawberry Chia Pie Filling (here)

2 ounces (56 g) coconut whipped cream

10 ounces (280 g) fresh strawberries, halved or quartered

1 pint (300 g) fresh blueberries

1 small bunch fresh mint

1 small bunch fresh basil

1 Stack the Mini Pie Crusts in groups of two and line them up down the middle of your serving board.

2 Scoop the Blueberry Chia Pie Filling and Strawberry Chia Pie Filling into small bowls and place them on either side of the pie crusts.

3 Fill two mini bowls with coconut whipped cream and place them at opposite ends of the board.

4 Divide the strawberries into three groups and cluster them at the top, middle, and bottom of the board. Use the blueberries to fill in the rest of the board and garnish with a few sprigs of fresh mint and fresh basil.
